Top 5 Most Anticipated Shoes of 2017
2017 has had tons great shoe releases so far, but the year is not yet over. Here are the 5 shoes that will drop later this year with crazy buzz in the sneaker community.
5. New Color ways for the Nike Air VaporMax
This shoe came out earlier this year and were a little controversial at first, but I personally think it's a great shoe. The design is new and interesting yet comfortable and stylish. SEVEN, that's right, seven new color ways are soon to drop within the next month and the price will remain $190. My favorite color ways are "Explorer Dark" and Dark Team Red/ University Red-Black.
4. Air Jordan 2 Decon
This shoe dropped last month at $160 and has had everybody talking. 3 new color ways are coming out July 15, 2017 the new color ways will include: Triple black, Sail, and Thunder Blue. The price will still remain $160.
3. Air Jordan x Converse 'UNC Alumni' Pack
One of the most exciting collaborations happening this year is the Air Jordan x Converse colab. It's actually quite ground breaking when you think about it, two sneaker giants team up in joint effort. Sure they didn't actually colab on a joint design but it's a step in a positive direction. They are releasing the UNC Alumni pack which includes the Air Jordan 2 and the Converse Fastbreak 2 Mid on June 28, 2017 for $300.
2. Yeezy Boost 750 v2
The Yeezy Boost 750 dropped on October 2016 and it was love at first sight. Soon after however, Kanye was spotted in an upgraded version of the shoes. Basically identical to the first, the Yeezy Boost 750 v2 contains slight upgrades and changes including to the toe box and Velcro strap according to "Highsnobiety". Expect the 2nd version to drop in late 2017 and cost around $350.
1. PSNY x Air Jordan 12 (olive green)
When this collab came out earlier this year it was a huge hit, but there is still more to come. The olive green color way is said to come late June-August and will be priced at around $600. Word has it that even more color ways will drop towards the end of the year.
